How we're performing
We like to aim high and strive to delivery quality homes and 10/10 experiences for our customers and colleagues. That's why we are committed to continually improving what we do and how we perform.
It’s important to us to be open and transparent about how we’re performing and that’s why we share our results on our website, so anyone with an interest can keep up to speed.
We have a several ways you can monitor how we are performing, ranging from quarterly reporting on performance and complaints management through to annual Regulatory returns and assurance statements.
The menu below gives more detail about the different ways you can monitor how we are performing and download related documents for more information.
Performance Pathways
As a Registered Social Landlord, we have our performance monitored by the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) www.scottishhousingregulator.gov.uk, whose main purpose is to protect the interests of social housing tenants across Scotland.
Each year we submit an 'Annual Return of the Charter' to the Regulator which includes key performance information. The Regulator uses the submitted performance information to produce an annual report and online comparison tool so you can see how we compare against other landlords.
All landlords must declare to the Scottish Housing Regulator that they have met the Regulatory Standards and Requirements annually.
Trust's Board gather annually to review and assess a comprehensive bank of evidence which supports our Annual Assurance Statement to the Regulator.
You can find our latest Annual Assurance Statement below for download but please contact us if you would like a paper copy or require a copy in any other format.
Each year we also publish our annual accounts which includes our Board of Management Report and Independent Auditor's Report.

All landlords are required to publish an Annual Performance Report by October each year. We design ours with tenants to ensure we cover what is important to them and to make sure that our reports are easy to read. We also make sure that our tenants know where they can find their latest copy.

Each quarter of the financial year, Trust Board's 'Audit & Performance Sub-Committee' convene to review our key performance indicators for complaints and relevant trend analysis. Please see our rolling 12 months of quarterly performance reporting below for information.
