How to apply
There are different ways of applying for our homes, depending on where you want to live and what type of housing you need. Don't worry, we're here to help you through it!
Applying directly to Trust
You can apply for the majority of our social-rented homes online using our application portal.
There are some you won't be able to apply for this way, including those in North Ayrshire, North Lanarkshire, some of our Later Living and our Mid-Market Rent homes - you can find out more on these below.
For our homes in North Lanarkshire we partner with the Council to use their Common Housing Registers (CHRs). This means you apply directly to the council, and we use their lists when we have a home available.
Other landlords will also contact you if they have something suitable, so this will help increase your chances of finding a new home.
