We are looking for 6 HWC Workers for 20.75hrs, 20.25hrs x 2, 19.5hrs, 25.25hrs, 30.75hrs (permanent) and one temporary 36.5 hrs for 6 months.

You would be working with our tenants, to ensure they are managing tasks within their daily life including homecare support, personal care, and helping to promote a postive, active healthy lifestyle.

Your working pattern would be over a 2 week rolling rota consisiting of Day Shifts: 07.30-13.00 - Back Shifts: 16.00-22.00/16.30-22.00
