Festive Office Opening Hours

Please note that our offices will close over the festive period from 2pm on Tuesday 24th December 2024 and will re-open again at 9am on Friday 3rd January 2025.

If you urgently need to contact us during this period:

- Customers who live in one of our staffed developments can speak to a member of their development team.

- Customers who have an alarm system can pull their cord or activate their pendent to speak with Hanover.

- All customers can call our out of hours number - 0345 604 4686 - to report an emergency repair.
