Langland Road, Govan, New Build Progressing Well

We're delighted to see our £9 million affordable housing development in Langlands Road, Govan, progressing quickly with the project due to complete in spring 2024.

The project is being delivered in partnership with Glasgow City Council and CCG (Scotland) LT with 46 new affordable homes being developed in the heart of Govan. The homes have been designed to meet the “Housing for Various Needs” standards, “Greener Standard” and “Secure by Design Gold Standard”, whilst CCG’s advanced construction methods will ensure future residents will benefit from drastically reduced heat loss, thanks to the homes’ enhanced thermal performance, which will in turn help to control fuel bills and lower carbon emissions

Building new affordable homes, supported by Scottish Government grant, helps us meet the needs and aspirations of the communities we serve - providing new homes for our customers today and their children and grandchildren - and support us to keep rents affordable for our existing customers by generating additional income and levering in external finance.
