Online Applications Now Open
We’re delighted to launch online applications which means that new applicants can now apply directly via our website for many of our homes. Our team have been working hard behind the scenes to get the online portal ready, making it easier and quicker for new applicants to apply for a home with Trust and reducing paper use.
As we are a national housing association though there are different ways of applying for our homes, depending on where you want to live and what type of housing you need. As part of our strategy, we are committed to delivering the best possible services while also ensuring value for money for our customers and playing our part in saving the planet by reducing our carbon footprint reducing our use of paper and print and delivery costs.
Online applications is the first phase of introducing digital services for customers. Future phases during 2024 will see the full launch of our new customer portal providing a range of 24/7 online services for existing customers – including internal applications, reporting repairs, paying rent and making complaints.
