Mid Market Rent is a type of affordable housing for households with modest incomes who want to rent a new home for the long term, with rent levels set below the usual market rent for the area.

General Needs housing is suitable for anyone aged 16 or older with a range of property sizes suitable for single people, couples and families.

Some repairs are classed as 'emergency' repairs and these are given priority. If a repair is not classed as an 'emergency', it will be classed as either an urgent or routine repair.
